Abstract
This study aims to 1) study the level of organizational attractiveness, person-job fit, and intention to stay. 2) To study the relationship between organizational attractiveness and intention to stay. 3) To study the relationship between person-job fit and intention to stay. 4) To predict intention to stay with organizational attractiveness and person-job fit. The sample of the research was the employees’ sample of 406 people. The research instrument was questionnaires. Statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that 1) Organizational attractiveness was at a high level, the person-job fit was at a high level, and the intention to stay as high. 2) There was a positive relationship between organizational attractiveness and intention to stay (r = .589) with a statistical significance level of .01 3) There was a positive relationship between person-job fit and intention to stay (r = .612) with a statistical significance level of .01 4) Organizational attractiveness and person-job fit accounted for 40.3 percent of the variance in intention to stay of employees. The current research provides a guideline for developing procedures for the recruitment and selection of Human Resources staff. Including workforce planning. Budget planning and the good image of the organization to benefit other organizations.
