TAF Publishing is dedicated to advancing research, theory, education and practice in the fields of medical and health sciences, technology and engineering research, applied and physical sciences, administrative and business studies, and multidisciplinary domains. In contrast to other scholarly associations and publishers, our journals are unique in a sense that we focus on interdisciplinary studies within each discipline. For example, within the domain of business, we publish cutting edge research that transcends across different fields of business including organizational behavior, marketing, accounting, finance, strategic management, human resource management, applied psychology, and consumer behavior. Our mission is to promote the creation and dissemination of new knowledge that strengthens our understanding of substantively important phenomenon in various disciplines. TAF publishes five journals, each of which broadly contributes to this objective while emphasizing a particular scholarly aspect of it. Journal of Administrative and Business Studies (JABS) provides a forum for scholarly contribution in theory development, theory testing, education, and practice in various fields of business. Journal of Advances in Technology and Engineering Research (JATER) provides a platform for advancement of our understanding and knowledge in the fields of engineering and technology. Journal of Applied and Physical Sciences (JAPS) provides a forum for scholarly contribution in fields of applied and physical sciences. Journal of Advances in Humanities and Social Sciences (JAHSS) provides a platform for advancement of impactful research and knowledge in the fields of social sciences and humanities. Journal of Advances in Medical Sciences (JAMS) provides a forum for impactful scholarly contribution for advancement of medical and health sciences.

Peer-Review
All journals published by TAF Publishing operate a strictly anonymous peer-review process. The peer-review process of all journals usually takes 4-6 weeks depending upon the discipline. Each manuscript is reviewed by two referees. More details on Peer Review Process, for each journal, are given on each journal’s main page.
After Acceptance
Proofs the production manager will email a PDF of the proofs to the corresponding author. The corresponding author will be responsible to send us the final proofs within the specified time (generally one week). Proofs received after one week may cause delay in publication.
Production
At TAF Publishing, we place an extremely strong emphasis on the highest production standards possible. We attach high importance to our quality service levels in copy-editing, typesetting, printing, and online publication.
